1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Gateway To Sri Lanka. By using our website and services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us based on these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our platform to discover and book tours, activities, and transfers in Sri Lanka.

2. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. You agree to use this platform only for legitimate reservations for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. Any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation is strictly prohibited.

3. Booking Process & Confirmation

When you make a booking, it constitutes an offer to the service provider. A contract is only formed when you receive a Booking Voucher with a unique reference number.

• Vouchers: You must present your digital or printed voucher (including the QR code) to the provider at the start of the activity.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying all details on your voucher immediately upon receipt.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

• Currencies: We support payments in USD, EUR, and LKR. Currency conversion rates are updated daily.
• Taxes: Unless stated otherwise, prices include all applicable government taxes and service charges.
• Child Pricing: Special rates for children apply only within the age limits specified for each individual tour.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our specific Cancellation Policy. Please note that some activities are "Non-refundable" as indicated at the time of booking. Refund processing typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your bank.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gateway To Sri Lanka or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Gateway To Sri Lanka acts as an intermediary between travelers and local service providers (Tours, Hotels, Transport). While we rigorously vet our partners, we are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, or negligence of any such providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service or these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo.
